In the matter of Leo Combat v. John Kerry, the response briefs are now in and we are set for oral argument on March 17. The government turned theirs in today, Leo Combat on Friday–reflecting a difference in how the two parties count the days of the week. But in any case it all goes before the judge in a little over 3 weeks.
More briefing will only occur if the judge gives permission. So it could happen, and if it does, you will read about it on the lawsuit page.
