So I finally got around to looking at Trump’s SCOTUS list, and it looks pretty good (and as an aside, reporters, if you’re going to do an article about it, you should just include the names as a list. Some included them all with little 1-sentence summaries, which is hard to scan, and some didn’t include names at all).
But really, the man you want up there is Eugene Volokh, hands down. Mr. Trump, do the right thing!
