Today was a status conference before Judge Wang. Both sides agreed to file briefs that could end the case on January 27 (shortly after the SHOT show), then responses on February 17, and then oral argument on March 17. The timing could be better–farther from SHOT–but I want to see this case done and on to the 10th Circuit as quickly as possible.

Also good if you haven’t finished your shopping or wanted a Triple-O knife for the stocking but were disappointed by my inventory management (sorry!).
